Who We Are

Founded in 1947, Camp Kandalore has grown to become one of Canada’s most well-respected children’s summer camps. Our reputation has been built upon the development of traditional camping  skills in a wide variety of activities on a beautiful site in the Haliburton Highlands.

Located near Minden Ontario, 2.5 hours from Toronto, Kandalore is a privately owned, coeducational Summer Camp.  We welcome boys and girls ages 6 to 17 years old for two and four week sessions throughout July and August each summer.

Of our 275 campers each session, approximately 90% come from within Canada and 10% come from abroad.  We are proud to offer all campers a truly Canadian summer camp experience.
